All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery times depend on your location:
- Within West Bengal: 2–5 business days
- Other Indian states: 4–8 business days
Please note: Unexpected delays due to weather, courier issues, or regional restrictions may occur.
4. Shipping Charges

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at jsellsofficial@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll assist you with a replacement or refund.
